These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, candidates, and any other users of the Site. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

I. ABOUT KINZAHR

KinzaHR is a global recruitment firm providing Executive Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Permanent Recruitment, and Contingent Recruitment services to businesses in the United States and internationally. References to “KinzaHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to KinzaHR and its affiliated entities and subsidiaries.

KinzaHR’s proprietary AI recruitment platform, Hire Crusher, is referenced throughout these Terms. Hire Crusher is owned and operated exclusively by KinzaHR and is used to support candidate sourcing, matching, and pipeline analytics. Use of the Hire Crusher platform in connection with KinzaHR’s recruitment services is subject to the terms of any separate client or service agreement entered into between KinzaHR and the relevant party.

II. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

By continuing to browse or use the Site, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them, including any modifications KinzaHR may make from time to time. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms each time you visit the Site to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

III. USE OF THE SITE

A. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You are permitted to:

  • Access and browse any publicly available area of the Site
  • Submit enquiries, contact forms, or job applications through the Site
  • Download or print a single copy of any page for personal, non-commercial reference

  • Uses any automated tool, scraper, bot, or crawler to extract data from the Site without KinzaHR’s prior written consent
  • Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely represents an affiliation with KinzaHR
  • Interferes with the proper functioning of the Site or any user’s enjoyment of it

KinzaHR reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software – is the property of KinzaHR or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The KinzaHR name, logo, and “Hire Crusher” mark are trademarks of KinzaHR. You may not use, reproduce, or display these marks without KinzaHR’s prior written permission. All other trademarks displayed on the Site that are not owned by KinzaHR are the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use KinzaHR’s intellectual property other than as expressly permitted under Section III(A) above. Unauthorised use of any KinzaHR intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Linking to the Site

You may not create a hyperlink to any page of the Site without KinzaHR’s prior written consent. To request permission to link to the Site, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

VI. HIRE CRUSHER AI PLATFORM

Hire Crusher is KinzaHR’s proprietary SaaS AI recruitment platform, built and owned entirely by KinzaHR. It is not a licensed third-party tool. References to Hire Crusher on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a representation or warranty regarding any specific outcome or result.

Access to and use of the Hire Crusher platform by clients is governed exclusively by the applicable client services agreement entered into between KinzaHR and the client. No rights or licences to use Hire Crusher are granted through these Terms or by accessing the Site.

Hire Crusher is used by KinzaHR to assist with candidate matching, screening, and analytics. It does not make autonomous hiring decisions. All shortlists produced with Hire Crusher assistance are reviewed by KinzaHR recruiters before being presented to clients.

VII. CANDIDATE AND CLIENT SUBMISSIONS

When you submit a job application, enquiry, or other information through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
  • You have the right to submit the information and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your submission does not contain any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

KinzaHR may use information submitted through the Site in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Submission of a job application or enquiry does not guarantee consideration for any role or engagement, and KinzaHR is under no obligation to respond to or act upon any submission.

VIII. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND EXTERNAL WEBSITES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. KinzaHR does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party website, nor for any goods or services offered through them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KinzaHR and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.

XII. SITE AVAILABILITY AND MAINTENANCE

KinzaHR makes no guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or without interruption. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or any other reason
  • Restrict access to certain parts of the Site to registered users or authorised parties
  • Modify or remove any content or feature of the Site at any time

KinzaHR will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the unavailability of the Site or any part of it.

XIV. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and KinzaHR. You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms without KinzaHR’s prior written consent. KinzaHR may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
